Prior to establishing M3 Ventures in 2015, Dolfi was a Partner at Relativity Media where he oversaw endorsements, licensing and business development for the firm. Previously, Dolfi was an executive at Creative Artists Agency where he co-founded their Consumer/Retail practice managing licensing for top consumer brands and clients on behalf of CAA. Dolfi began his career in investment banking at Ladenburg Thalmann. He later became a Partner of several publicly traded private equity companies including Endeavor Acquisition Corp. collectively managing over $1 billion in institutional capital. Dolfi studied at George Mason University and Western Michigan University.
Prior to joining M3 in 2016, Dubb was at Sandbridge Capital, a retail and consumer focused private equity firm where she was a VP overseeing the firm’s early stage and growth equity investments such as Rossignol, Bonobos and Farfetch. Prior to joining Sandbridge, Dubb was at Traub a retail and consumer focused strategic consulting firm, where she worked on global growth initiatives for clients such as Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and the Related Companies . Previously, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in their Retail and Consumer Products coverage group. Dubb graduated Magna Cum Laude University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining M3 in 2018, Bakes was the Creative Director of Michael Andrews Bespoke, a custom menswear brand where he oversaw everything from design direction, marketing, and branding to the launch of the company’s foray into e-commerce and other various strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Michael Andrews, Bakes was the CEO and Founder of his eponymous label, Charles Dean, which was acquired by Michael Andrews in early 2016. Previously, Bakes worked at Ralph Lauren, where he cut his teeth in the men’s wholesale division across the Polo and RLX brands. Bakes graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to joining M3 in 2016, Yablon began her career at Goldman Sachs; has also worked at Conde Nast, McKinsey & Company and Time Warner. Yablon was recruited by AOL to lead their content development arm, Greenhouse Studios, where she worked on business development, JVs and content creation for AOL. Yablon was also previously a VP of Marketing at Barnes & Noble. Yablon is a Trustee of Penn’s Libraries, Board Member of Wharton’s Baker Retailing Center and on the Advisory Board of the Dubin Breast Cancer Center. Yablon graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Wharton Undergraduate School and is a Lauder Institute graduate, MBA from Wharton Graduate School.
