Martin Dolfi, PARTNER

Martin Dolfi is the Founder and Managing Partner of M3 Ventures. Dolfi has over ten years of business development, financial advisory and investment management experience in the consumer brands and entertainment industries. Prior to establishing M3V in 2015, Dolfi was a Partner at Relativity Media where he oversaw endorsements, licensing and business development for leading creative talent and brands from Kanye West to Rodarte to A$AP Rocky and Drake. Previously, Dolfi was an executive in Creative Artist Agency’s fashion and consumer brands division where he managed licensing for top designers, bloggers, brands and models. Dolfi began his career in investment banking at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co, where he was personally involved in raising over $1.3 billion in equity capital. He later became a member of three publicly traded private equity companies: Endeavor Acquisition Corp., Victory Acquisition Corp. and Triplecrown Acquisition Corp., where he collectively managed over $1.0 billion in investor capital. Dolfi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University. 



Tracy Dubb joined M3 Ventures as a Partner from Sandbridge Capital, a retail and consumer focused private equity fund where she was a Vice President overseeing the fund’s early stage and growth equity investments in leading consumer brands such as Rossignol, Bonobos, Farfetch, Thom Browne, and Derek Lam, among others. Prior to joining Sandbridge Capital, Dubb was an Associate with Marvin Traub Associates, a retail and consumer focused strategic consulting firm, where she advised clients such as Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and the Related Companies on global growth strategies, with a particular focus on the Middle East and other emerging markets.  Previously, she worked as an investment-banking analyst at Credit Suisse in their Retail and Consumer Products coverage group in New York City. In her role at Credit Suisse she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and participated in a range of equity and debt financing activities, including the hugely successful Annie’s Inc. IPO. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Dubb graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania. 



Jill Yablon joined M3 Ventures as a Partner. Jill began her career as a financial analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1986. Yablon has also worked at Conde Nast International and in the media and retailing groups for McKinsey & Company. In 1993, Yablon joined Time Warner Inc. to pioneer their e-commerce endeavors.  Yablon subsequently was recruited by AOL to lead their content development arm, Greenhouse Studios, where she worked on business development, joint ventures and content creation for AOL. Yablon was also previously a Vice President of Marketing at Yablon is a Board Member of Penn’s Libraries and on the Advisory Board of the Dubin Breast Cancer Center. Yablon graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Wharton Undergraduate School in 1986 and is a 1990 Lauder Institute graduate with dual graduate degrees, an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Wharton Graduate School.
